A GENERAL NOTE ON CAKE TEXTURES, FLAVOURS + COLOURS: as this cake range has been developed to be grain-, gluten- and refined sugar-free (where possible) please bear in mind there are certain limitations to what can be achieved:

The Date Syrup Swiss meringue buttercream will always have a caramel colour
Cake sponges are made with almond flour so will have a nutty flavour with a course texture, but still delicious and moist!
We have committed to using no artificial colourings in this range
The 70% dark chocolate used in this range contains some refined sugar but other than that all other cakes, buttercreams and fillings use either date syrup or honey.
