Q: Where are you from?

A: I’m from the Eastern Cape, South Africa

Q: What did you do before SLH?

A: I was working as a house keeper before SLH

Q: What’s your best part about being part of the SLH team?

A: Receiving the sweet, thoughtful gifts from the team is my best!

Q: Whats the most Swiss Meringue Buttercream you’ve made in a day?

A: Four 8kg batches of Swiss meringue buttercream in a day – so 32kg! 💪

Q: What’s your fave sweet treat?

A: Biscuits! 🍪

Q: What’s your fave savoury food or snack?

A: Burgers and potato chips 🍔🍟

Q: What do you do when you’re not keeping the SLH kitchen in top shape?

A: Digging for baking recipe 👀

Q: If you could go anywhere in the world to visit for a holiday where would you want to go?

A: I’d want to go to Durban in KZN 🇿🇦
