A GENERAL NOTE ON CAKE TEXTURES, FLAVOURS + COLOURS: as this cake range has been developed to be grain-, gluten- and refined sugar-free (where possible) please bear in mind there are certain limitations to what can be achieved:
 
  • The Date Syrup Swiss meringue buttercream will always have a caramel colour
  • Cake sponges are made with almond flour so will have a nutty flavour with a course texture, but still delicious and moist!
  • We have committed to using no artificial colourings in this range
  • The 70% dark chocolate used in this range contains some refined sugar but other than that all other cakes, buttercreams and fillings use either date syrup or honey.

CAKE STORAGE | Cakes are to be stored in the fridge and then taken out to come to room temperature for serving. Fresh floral cakes are best served on the day they are collected. We recommend serving your cake within 48 hours of receiving for optimal freshness🙂
 
*Please note: no two cakes of the same design will ever be identical. For the floral decor, we try our best to source from what is in season and available. Colour adjustments might have to be made depending.
