In our one-on-one private workshops you will have the full attention of one of the LionHeart Gurls. Under their watchful eye you will learn to navigate the world Swiss meringue buttercream in a relaxed environment where you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you like.

*Subject to change depending on your final list of what you want to learn – as a standard, you will learn how to make Swiss meringue buttercream, fully frosting a cake using it as well as achieving sharp edges on your cake. If you have previously covered this part with us in another workshop we can always leave this out and cover another technique, however if you have never worked with SMBC we will have to cover this.
