Torn Fondant, Textured Buttercream & Isomalt Workshop | 7 April

R 2,650.00

We’ve never been the hugest fans of fondant (always appreciating what others do with it though!) but we’ve recently fallen in love with the stuff – using it in non-traditional ways to add more textures to our cakes! In this one day workshop the LionHeart Gurls are going to show you how to achieve a tall, fully-frosted, sharp-edged cake that layers all types of textures – from buttercream and edible paint to fondant. We will also be covering some isomalt theory and showing you how to make abstract isomalt decorations!
