Junior PASTRY CHEF
Keen to spend your days in a cloud of sugar, frosting cakes and making pretty things?
Day to day duties include:
(but not limited to)
- Preparing for the day (cutting cake sponges, whipping up frosting)
- Making cake fillings (caramels, curds, ganaches)
- Cake decorating
- Production of sweet treats from biscuits and macarons to Rocket Pops and cupcakes
- Assisting with baking of cake sponges
- Making decorative elements for cake designs
- Completing orders from start to finish
- Packaging of customer orders
- Facilitating client collections where needed
- General kitchen up-keep (team clean up at the end of each day and scheduled deep cleaning of kitchen along with everyone else)
Hours are from 08:00 till 17:00, Monday to Friday and we’ll start you out with a 3 month trial period.
START DATE: 1 September 2020 / as soon as possible
