In these one- and two-day workshops, the LionHeart Gurls show you how to do just that! Our love-affair with Swiss meringue buttercream has led us to explore various techniques and learn a few tricks along the way which we now want to share with you.
The workshops range in skill level and content covered and are mostly hosted in our home-town, Cape Town. We do, however, pack up our spatulas every now and then to come visit our Joburg Cakelettes!
Based off the format of our one-day workshops, we are able to craft a unique experience for you and your friends or colleagues. These workshops are an awesome opportunity for team-building, kitchen teas or just getting a group of friends together for a sweet time!
Our minimum group size for these workshops are 3 pax for Cape Town and 18 pax for Johannesburg and costs are calculated according to how the experience is streamlined to your desires.
In our one-on-one Private Classes you will have the full attention of one of the LionHeart Gurls. Under the watchful eye of either Karmen or Nikki you will learn to navigate the world Swiss meringue buttercream in a relaxed environment where you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you like.
The day is structured around a basic framework as well as what you want to learn, which is pre-discussed once you book your ticket.
